The Institute of International Education’s Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) is the only global program that arranges, funds, and supports fellowships for threatened and displaced scholars at partnering higher education institutions worldwide. 

The IIE-SRF Alliance is a global network of partners who offer practical support to threatened and displaced scholars, such as temporary academic positions, professional development and career advancement opportunities, and other critical assistance. The Alliance facilitates information-sharing and collaboration between IIE-SRF and its partners and provides the opportunity for Alliance partners to utilize IIE-SRF resources and expertise.

We welcome individuals, institutions, and organizations to join the IIE-SRF Alliance. Alliance partners receive regular updates from IIE-SRF regarding scholars in need of academic appointments or support services, as well as other information about how to get involved in supporting threatened and displaced scholars.
